Brown corundum is made from high-quality abrasive grade bauxite as raw material, supplemented with auxiliary materials, and refined at high temperatures above 2250 ℃ in an electric arc furnace. After secondary refining, impurities are removed by a high-strength magnetic separator, and the refractory degree is above 1850 ℃. The brown corundum produced by our company has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low coefficient of linear expansion, and corrosion resistance. This product has the characteristics of no detonation, no pulverization, and no cracking during application, and is commonly used in the industries of abrasive tools and refractory raw materials. Brown corundum can be divided into two smelting methods: tilting furnace and fixed furnace.
The main products include: brown corundum Bamark sand, roller sand, ball milled molding sand, section sand, P sand, fine powder, and micro powder.
Special processing products include: high-temperature calcined brown corundum, medium temperature calcined brown corundum, water washing, acid washing, and dry cleaning (air washing).
Abrasive tools: grinding wheels, abrasive belts, sandpaper, sandcloth, cutting pieces, sandblasting technology, grinding, wear-resistant flooring, water jet cutting, coated abrasives, bonded abrasives, etc.
